Ospryn is a UK outdoor brand built for British trails. Most outdoor gear is designed for mountains abroad then sold to people hiking the Peak District in horizontal rain — we thought that needed to change. Every product we carry is chosen specifically for UK conditions, from waterproof ratings that actually hold up to materials tough enough for gritstone and moorland. We're a small brand at the start of our journey, but we're obsessive about one thing — gear that genuinely works out there
Frequently Asked Questions
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return please email us at hello@ospryn.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We do not cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Items returned outside the 30-day window or in a used condition will not be accepted.
All Ospryn orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow your order every step of the way.
